Extra benefit with Valk Loyal

1. Make a reservation through one of our websites.

2. Log in with your Valk Account during the booking process and complete your reservation.

3. Your reservation is immediately sent to the hotel and you will receive a confirmation by email.

4. A day before your stay, you will receive an information email with all relevant details about your arrival and stay.

You can link a booked reservation via My Valk Account. Log in to your account and go to "My reservations". At the top of the page, you will find the "Link reservation" button. Click on it and add your reservation by selecting the correct hotel and entering the corresponding reservation number.

Note:

• the reservation must be for a future date;

• the reservation must have been made through a Van der Valk website (not through a third party);

• the email address of your account must match the email address used to make the reservation.

1. After your stay, you will receive an email with your balance mentioned (this balance is valid for 3 years).

2. When you log in to your Valk account on one of our websites, you will see your total credit.

You can use your Valk Loyal credit during a next stay at one of our hotels. You do this while making your reservation, in the summary step right before you complete the booking. Make sure you are logged into your Valk Account to be able to apply the credit.

The credit is only valid for hotel stays and cannot be exchanged for gift cards or cash. You can find more information here.
