What is Valk Loyal?
Valk Loyal is an online loyalty program of the Van der Valk Hotels. Only online bookings made through our websites with your Valk Account are eligible for the Valk Loyal benefits and will be visible in your Valk Account.
How do I create a Valk Account?
Go to https://www.vandervalk.nl/valk-loyal Click on the orange button 'Register a Valk Account' at the bottom of the page. Fill in your personal details and click on 'Create Valk Account'. You will then receive an email confirming that your Valk Account has been successfully created.
Can my reservation be linked after I create an account?
No, this is not possible. A reservation is only linked if the account is logged in during the reservation.
Can I already use the benefits of the Valk account with the first reservation?
Yes, after creating the Valk Account, you can immediately take advantage of the benefits of the Valk Account with your first reservation. You can only benefit from the advantages of a Valk Account if the reservation is made online through the Valk Account.
I forgot to use my Loyal credit during my reservation. Can I still use it later?
It is possible to still use your Loyal credit if you have not prepaid yet. Up to 24 hours before arrival, you will have the option to prepay your reservation in the Valk Account. You can find the reservation under 'Current reservations'. Within less than 24 hours before arrival, the buttons for prepayment will no longer be displayed.
I have not received any Loyal credit.
Was your reservation an offline reservation? In this case, you will not earn any Loyalty credit.
I have received less Loyal credit than I was supposed to get.
For overnight stays, you will receive a €5 credit per night. If your reservation is at a promotional rate, non-refundable, last minute, or part of a package deal, you will earn €2.50 per person for the entire stay. No loyalty credit is earned on corporate reservations.
How long is the Valk Loyal balance valid for?
After your stay, you will receive the Valk Loyal balance and an email with the amount of accumulated credit.

You can reset your password here . Please do not create a new account. It is not possible to merge accounts, which would result in the balance of your old account being lost.
I have made several reservations that were already checked out before I had a Valk Account. Can these reservations be added to my Valk Account?
It is unfortunately not possible to add reservations that have been checked out before creating the Valk Account to the Valk Account. Additionally, it is also not possible to receive Loyalty credit for these reservations retroactively.
