Kovit delivery

What is Kovit?

Through Kovit, our locations can order their supplies from all affiliated suppliers who deliver to a location. Currently, hundreds of suppliers are already connected for more than 100 locations.

How does Kovit work?

A location can use Kovit to order directly from multiple suppliers. The suppliers receive the orders in a fixed format, which allows for good automation on the supplier side. There are several options for connection.

What is required for a connection?

To ensure that locations can order your products using Kovit, we need a number of things. First, a fully completed delivery file which, if not yet available, you can request from inkoop@valkinkoop.nl.

This is always needed in our file

• Name and address details

• Order information

• Delivery information (delivery schedule)

• Customer numbers per location

• Product list

Additional preparations

• Supply photos

• Update PS in Food information

• Check all items for EAN codes

Additional Information

There are more and more systems that we link to Kovit so the information we receive from suppliers needs to be improved, supplemented each time. After the first version of the delivery file is received, we will see if improvements need to be made. In the file you can find the minimum requirements that apply at that time.
