I did not receive my e-tickets via email. How do I get my e-tickets?

Check if the email has ended up in the spam box/junk mail.
If the email has not been received, you can request your tickets again via: Tickets search | Eventix

Is there sufficient parking space?

On the hotel grounds where the event takes place, there is ample parking available. You can use it for free for the first few hours. If you wish to stay longer, please show your parking ticket at the reception.

Can I use a gift card from Van der Valk?

That is unfortunately not yet possible. We are working to make this possible in the future.

What is the minimum age for events at Van der Valk?

For all events, the minimum age is 18+, unless otherwise stated.

Can I buy tickets at the hotel's front desk?

Tickets can be purchased for an event in different ways.

  1. Via this website.

  2. At the reception of the relevant hotel. The receptionist will then hand over the tickets.

Can I choose my seat number at seated events?

Not at all events. You can often choose your seat by ordering tickets via your computer or phone (If booking via the computer, please use the Chrome internet browser). Once booked, seat numbers are fixed. It is not possible to change this. If you can't figure it out, you can contact the hotel where the event takes place.

Are there wheelchair seats available?

During theater performances, there are no specific wheelchair spaces reserved. We advise you to reserve the outer seats. You can also always contact the hotel where the event takes place.
