De Oliemeulen Animal Park is a reptile house in Tilburg that has grown into a small zoo and calls itself the “strangest zoo in the Netherlands”. You will come face to face with 150 different animal species. Most of the animals here are reptiles and amphibians, but there are also raccoons, felines, parrots, birds of prey, monkeys, flying dogs and skunks.

Zoo de Oliemeulen consists of a reptile house in an old farmhouse with an adjoining garden set up as a zoo with various mammals and birds. The farmhouse contains one of the largest collections of reptiles and amphibians in the Netherlands. The park has more than 150 different animal species. The animal caretakers provide explanations about the animals' habits. During demonstrations, you have the chance to touch the animals. On busy days, the birds of prey fly freely.
